Constipation, heartburn, stomach pain and diarrhea are the symptoms of problems related to digestive system. Acid Reflux or GERD

Acid reflux is a burning sensation in the stomach, also called Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). It is characterized by regurgitation and sour taste in the mouth. It is also known as heartburn.

Constipation occurs as a result of irregular bowel movements. Stress, side effects from drugs, less physical activity and improper diet lead to change in bowel movements.

Food poisoning

Food poisoning occurs as a result of eating contaminated food that is mostly infected by E coli and salmonella bacteria. The condition is characterized by nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps. Food poisoning can correct itself within the body as the body eliminates the toxins effectively. See to that you consume lots of water to stay away from dehydration. Seek a medical advice if the condition continues even after two days.
