Herbal Colon Cleanse

Herbal colon cleansing means the colon cleansing diet by taking some colon cleansing supplements that includes herbs, which kills the worms and parasites. These herbs contain digestive enzymes that have probiotics, contain herbs that stimulate the intestines, gallbladder, and liver. Some of the herbs used are psyllium seeds or husk, slippery elm and cascara sagrada or flax seeds. This detoxification program is an essential part using these internal cleansing herbs.

Always remember to start the colon-cleansing program by removing the waste from the colon and if you try to clean the blood, lymph and the liver without cleansing the bowel then the eliminated toxins will get back into the body. What we need to understand is the single and the greatest challenge that our body faces is the removal of toxins and wastes. Constipation and diarrhoea are some of the indicators of intestinal problems. So, herbal colon cleansing is the best way to eliminate the wastes.

The instructions for colon cleansing are:

  • Flax seeds and bentonite clay are used for colon cleansing process.
  • Bentonite is another bulk laxative that acts by absorbing water to form a gel.
  • It binds toxins like pesticides and carries them out of colon.
  • Flax seeds also absorb water and expands colon by removing the mucus and toxins.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of liquid bentonite and 1 tablespoon of flax seeds in a glass of water.
  • Drink this mixture in the morning and before going to bed at night.
  • Drink at least eight glasses of water or it could result in constipation.
  • This was one of the natural preparations of the bowel-cleansing program. One more thing to note is to take bentonite separately as this could interfere with absorption.
