Kefir’s milk which is a fermented one, helps clear any obstructions in the gut (like bacteria) and soothes the stomach there by, relieving patients of pain and other associated symptoms.   • Lemon juice mixed with black peppers is another good remedy for controlling nauseating symptoms and improving digestion. A mixture of lemon juice and mint is also a useful remedy.
  • Consuming fruits with a little black salt sprinkled on them can help prevent the loss of fluids from the body.
  • Also, chewing garlic cloves and consuming baking soda after meals can help the situation.
  • Yogurt is another effective remedy for upset stomachs as they soothe and cool the insides.
